Agentastic Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated:
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to all Agentastic Services, including our apps, AI agents, APIs, integrations, messaging features, and hosted automation, on both free and paid plans. You are responsible for activity under your account, including tasks performed by agents and people you authorize to use the Services.
Responsible automation
Agentastic helps you work with software, information, and other people. You may delegate tasks that you have the right and permission to perform. Using an agent does not expand your authority or remove your responsibility for the result.
Connect only accounts, devices, files, and tools you own or are authorized to use. Give agents appropriate permissions, protect credentials, and review outputs and consequential actions before relying on them. Obtain any consent required to access, process, or share another person's information.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Services to carry out, facilitate, or direct any of the following:
- Unlawful activity or rights violations. Violate applicable laws, including export controls and sanctions, or infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, or other rights.
- Unauthorized access. Steal credentials, compromise accounts, bypass access controls, or obtain information without permission. Using your own credentials or credentials an account holder has authorized you to use is permitted.
- Malicious software or attacks. Deploy malware, steal data, disrupt services, or exploit systems without authorization. Security research and testing require permission from the system owner and must stay within the agreed scope.
- Fraud or deception. Conduct scams, payment fraud, identity theft, phishing, deceptive impersonation, or manipulation of reviews, advertising, engagement, or transactions.
- Abusive communications. Send unsolicited bulk messages, evade recipients' opt-out choices, or use messaging and publishing tools for harassment, threats, stalking, or disclosure of private information without authorization.
- Exploitation or violence. Create, obtain, or distribute child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery; exploit or sexually abuse anyone; or assist terrorism, violent extremism, or acts of violence.
- Abusive account creation or data collection. Manufacture accounts or identities to evade another service's rules, or collect or distribute data without the necessary rights, consent, or authorization. This includes assembling model training datasets in violation of applicable law or the source service's terms.
Accounts, billing, and service limits
Respect your plan's usage allowances and the safeguards that protect the Services. Do not bypass rate limits, safety controls, suspensions, or other restrictions by rotating accounts, credentials, organizations, or payment methods.
- Do not create or coordinate accounts to repeatedly claim introductory offers, free credits, or trial allowances, or to conceal who is using the Services.
- Use accurate account and billing information and payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not evade charges for resources you consume or move usage to replacement accounts to avoid an outstanding balance.
- Do not use Agentastic-hosted resources for cryptocurrency mining, unrelated compute jobs, or resale as a standalone proxy, network tunnel, or compute service without our written agreement.
- Do not intentionally exhaust shared capacity or keep hosted tasks running solely to waste resources. Software builds, tests, file processing, and other legitimate agent tasks within your plan are allowed.
If your work needs unusual capacity, contact support@agentastic.com so we can discuss an appropriate arrangement.
Connected services and providers
When agents use websites, model providers, messaging platforms, apps, or other integrations, you must comply with the terms and policies that apply to those services, including access permissions, automation rules, and usage limits. Agentastic does not grant permission to use a third party's systems or content.
Restrictions imposed by an integration or infrastructure provider may affect which features or destinations are available. Do not use the Services to circumvent those restrictions. Bringing your own credentials or provider does not exempt your Agentastic usage from this policy.
Enforcement and appeals
We may investigate suspected violations and, as permitted by our Terms of Service, limit usage, stop tasks, restrict integrations, or suspend or terminate access. We may take immediate action when necessary to address unlawful conduct, protect people or systems, or prevent ongoing abuse. Account closure does not cancel charges already incurred.
Any handling of personal information during an investigation is subject to our Privacy Policy. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact support@agentastic.com with your account details and relevant context so we can review it.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected misuse of Agentastic to support@agentastic.com. Include a description, relevant URLs or account identifiers, and timestamps if available. Do not include passwords, API keys, or other secrets. You can also use this address for policy questions or to request written approval for a use that requires it. No approval can authorize unlawful activity.
Policy updates
We may revise this policy as the Services evolve. Updates will be posted on this page, with notice and effective dates governed by our Terms of Service. If this policy conflicts with those Terms, the Terms control.
